Here is a description of how you can block all purchases from specific email addresses.

Blocking emails

If you suspect that users using free email services are overrepresented in credit card frauds, you can prevent them from carrying out purchases via DIBS.
You can e.g. block all purchases made with a Hotmail email address or individual email addresses.
In the DIBS Manager go to Security > DebiTech DefenderTM > Banned Emails.
Click Activate and type a valid email address, or e.g “example@hotmail.com” in the text field and click Add. If you enter an invalid email address, you will see a warning text.
Purchases made with email addresses matching addresses on this list will be rejected.
